Maxx Carroll is a junior at South Plantation High School.
His favorite activities include playing basketball, tennis, golf and bowling. He lives with his mother and enjoys cooking healthful meals in the kitchen for the family. Maxx tutors Algebra, which may lead to a career in teaching. He is currently awaiting a decision by the Plantation Police Department to volunteer in their Explorer Club.

Maxx just recently started volunteering for FLIPANY and has found it to be very satisfying. In addition to assisting teach children to bring nutrition into their lives via Share Our Strength’s Operation Frontline courses, Maxx has also volunteered at Health Fairs, 5K Runs, and Adventure Races all benefiting FLIPANY. Although Maxx is not a long time FLIPANY volunteer, he definitely deserves to be our Volunteer of the Month because he will surely leave a lasting impression with the 50+ and counting volunteer hours he has donated…and the summer isn’t over!! Thank you Maxx, from all of your friends at FLIPANY!!
